our website and shall be enforced during the commencement period set forth. If the customer is unaware or has not read this statement, the customer shall still be governed by such company policies as allowed by law for Internet purchases. Internet companies must disclose company policies, return information and other warranty information on their website. The laws of the State of Ohio where the merchandise was purchased from shall be the deciding governing law, unless local state laws dictate otherwise.
All sales are final unless the product is found to be damaged or defective. To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in original packaging condition and require the RMA#. Packages without the RMA# will not be accepted. Please submit your RMA# request online.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the order ship date. No refunds will be issued on software products. Approved refunds will be issued based on the following formula.
TOTAL PURCHSE PRICE - SHIPPING AND HANDLING - $5.00 or 5.0% of the total original purchase price (whichever is greater). This charge is for additional fees imposed by merchant account companies when issuing a refund to the customer via an electronic transaction.
Returns must be received within 15 days after RMA has been issued. Customer must ship the product(s) back in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment.
